Services

Project development and management

From concept to application and decision: technical and financial basis, cost-benefit analysis, PCI processes under TEN-E, and coordination of input from internal and external specialists. Also available as an external resource to keep multi-party processes on track.

System analysis and research

Analysis of energy systems and infrastructure across power, gas and hydrogen, including sector coupling and long-term network planning: feasibility studies, system needs assessments, socio-economic analysis, security-of-supply risk assessment, and technical and regulatory analysis within EU frameworks — network codes, connection terms and gas quality.

Facilitation and stakeholder engagement

Working groups, workshops and consultations across TSOs, regulators and industry — nationally and at EU level. Experience in building common ground where technical, regulatory and commercial interests meet.
